Truthfully, I've been trying to heal without letting go. I'm so harsh on myself. About a month ago I started telling myself to give myself grace. I give everyone chance after chance except myself, lately, I'm taking my time. I planned a date for myself this weekend. Haven't done a solo date in so long. Crazy EXCITED !!!!

Thank you for this video. Been struggling this alot of this my entire life despite trying to work on it for at least half of it, but in consistently. Learning I’m ND recently helped me realize the roots of these behaviors and how they were able to grow unchecked and uncorrected. Videos like yours provide me with tools on how to rediscover and grow into myself as authentically and securely me as possible (with the help of therapy of course). You just gained a new subscriber!

Hello there. Probably this might not be relatable to the content but just felt like sharing and perhaps find sloutions. I am in university, it's my second year, I only decided this year to move closer to school. Since my friend wanted the same thing we moved in together in an apartment which we share the bill. She's cool, patient, caring and friendly. Things changed the moment I realized that whenever I look at her I see a mirror. Where as she wears same out same me, eats same meals as me, I clearly don't understand where is the imitation coming from. Unfortunately we signed a contract which allows you to move out after 12 months, mind you it's only our first month in this apartment. There of I can't move out. She's becoming worse on a daily basis so I don't know how to deal with this situation. I would appreciate an advice/ solution please 😓

I’m so glad I found your channel. ❤️ I can relate to you on so many things. I also grew up with black and white friend groups and struggled to fit into either. I’m skinny as well and was often bullied for not being thicker. It was like everything you were saying was exactly what I needed to hear. 🥹 It’s crazy how sometimes we think our experiences are so unique and we’re alone in what we’ve gone through but that’s absolutely not true. ❤️ You’re never alone and I hope all women no matter what they look like can be confident in themselves.
