Ftm here 👋💚 I'm finding out that weaning has made me extremely emotional, no one told me this so I just wanted to put my two cents in on this topic. It's getting better but depending how long we go between sessions I find myself crying for no reason so we cuddle and try to get outside for fresh air it helps 🙏💚🌻

I’m so sorry you’re going through that. You’re so right that there’s little information out there about how drastically weaning can impact your hormones and thus your mood. But how great that fresh air is providing you some relief!
