Man I have a 1 yr old and she will not stop jumping on people and counters. She gets into everything and I just can’t get her to stop

Rescued my CC from a shelter. She was 6 mos. old crate trained, house trained but not that great on a leash. Being a strong dog, we took her to a professional trainer for 10 days of training. He also did not give her food as a reward, just praise. We have a “new” dog on the leash now. She does get treats but she loves praise.
