in the few days I have been having panic attacks and anxiety, but this is the first time I have ever experience it and sometimes I have bad feelings but I am working on it and I try to stay in control of my emotions

There was a TV program many years ago where a surgeon was doing surgery without anaesthesia. he taught various relaxation techniques and had his patients keeping saliva in their mouths to influence the parasympathetic nervous system ............
