I have my golden milk (coconut milk, tumeric, cinnamon, ginger, collagen a dash of cocoa powder and a bit of monk fruit) after dinner. I fill empty caps with pepper to enhance the absorption of the tumeric. It's very satisfying 😍. I used to add a bit of instant decaf coffee to it until I found out it contains acrylamide which causes cancer. I spray magnesium on my tummy before bedtime. 😴

Sounds delicious! Tumeric absorption also requires fat, so great work pairing with the coconut milk.

Thanks for this video. I'm having a horrible time right now due to so.e serious stress in my life and I'm not eating right- meaning not eating tons of junk but just not eating enough good health sustaining food and also having those salt and sugar cravings. Gosh it feels hopeless at times! But it's my inner pig for sure acting out-taking advantage of my crazy life right now!😂😍

Yep, for years I'd eat sandwiches when I actually just wanted the butter. 😂 Now I have the spoonful of butter.

@@shutyourlipsbuddy8346 it wasn't a craving in a real sense; just a realization that I didn't need the bread, only the butter. More like guidance from the body towards what was nourishing and what wasn't.

I basically find that I crave sweets after eating things that are sweet. I've found that alcohol will do that also. The problem is trying to find out the true reason why you've decided to go with the Ketogenic lifestyle. It's not really good for a fast weight loss trick, it really will not work for that. Health, I believe the main reason for changing over. we did for this reason. We started Keto after being Vegan for 6 years... The main reason why we changed over was the health benefits. I had a heart attack at year 6 of a vegan diet, and I was able to cure my heart and vessels, and arteries after changing over to the keto diet.

Data doesn't support your hypothesis. It is true that it is good for heart disease and reversing some types of diabetes, but it is also empirically the most effective way to lose weight.
