Realizing that doubt, depression, shame, regret, hate, resentment, all of it is of no benefit. I do not feel better after thinking or feeling any of those and im not closer to my goals or to solving my problems after thinking/ feeling these.

I have been watching these videos for like a few weeks/ a month and this has helped me self improve my mental and emotional health as a whole. This man is one of the few KZbinrs who handles these topics not as an essay but like a genuine conversational tone, I give my full support to him and thank you for all of these videos ❤🫡

Your content is amazing, you’ve mastered a craft that in this world is so, so, so sparse. I personally listen to your videos while i work but the great thing is that that isn’t the only way to enjoy your content. Your content has stopped me from worrying even if i need to cram a project in one night. For the sake of humanity and humility, never stop.

Thank you youtube for recommending this to me. And thank you Shimon for sharing this. I've been struggling with self doubt for the last few months, whether it's sports or looks. I feel like I've hit a wall and have no motivation because I just don't believe in myself enough. This video really helped, thank you.

The lack of jump cuts, coupled with cohesion of you talking over several minutes is extraordinary. This doesn't feel like it was read from a script. It feels like it was structed in a broad outline, and the rest was filled in by your natural ability to speak. Great work.

Today I was doubting myself on my insecurity, but I came back home and saw this video, actually as I was going home I was just thinking in my head “imma watch another shimon video and it’ll motivate me” and waddya know you posted! I always feel very hopeful and excited for the next day to come and your ability to clearly express yourself and say all the words I wanted out of my brain is always said in your videos, keep it up man, these really do help a lot of ppl like me and keeps me track to get on da grind of getting better ❤

Thank you shimon I appreciate it, I’ve been dealing with self doubt and it’s been stopping from doing the things I wanna do, I take your advice at getting better 1% each day. I have been going through some battles with myself and ik that these hard times will help me be stronger, I just lack the experience and get looked down upon. I try not to let there thoughts become my own or I’ll become my own enemy.
