Thank You God You are helping me to see who I am, who You made me to be. I will keep learning, growing & living. And thank You Julia for your encouragement, these videos are helping me. Self doubt has plagued me most of my life. There's a personal relationship that means a lot to me but I'm doubting my worthiness to have this relationship. Through the things she says and does, she shows me that she wants this relationship too. Yet having intervals between seeing each other that stretch on for a month or more because of our circumstances has been very difficult for me to endure. I keep thinking I'm not good enough and she couldn't be interested in me - all in direct contradiction to the reality we share when we're together. I've got the opportunity to visit with her today and I was looking forward to it. After watching this video, I am looking forward to seeing her even more and with a lot more confidence that things will keep going well for us.

I decided to change careers at 42. The journey is really difficult. I am still at home at 44 struggling to break through. I find myself wishing I had stayed in my previous job when I see my ex colleagues growing professionally and financially. Thanks for this. Its reminding me to focus on my own journey and stuff I need to break through and learn from. It's really hard to stay focused when your struggles are financial struggles however I have to remember my goal and put all my focus on that and really work on my thoughts. Yha, I need to overcome the mind trash. I love this video. Thank you so much 😊💓.

I immediately felt better after listening to "Overcoming Self Doubt" by Julia. She keeps reminding her listeners that their feelings are based on their thoughts, and the thoughts depend on our interpretation of the situations that they had experienced. She is emphasizing the importance of not mixing them all up as many of us tend to simply believe in our thoughts without analyzing them. In another video, "Letting Go of the Past" she used the word "cloud" to refer to meta-thinking that makes one feel even worst. All these help me to look at what is going on in my mind in a different way. Julia, you are a super lady who had created these great videos that many people and I would fall back on when something is troubling their minds. You are a great teacher & counselor! Thank you so much, and best wishes to you, Julia! 🌹 🌹 🌹

Make it mandatory to connect a few minutes each day with your intentions and surroundings. This helped me in early recovery, and it helps me now and for those I guide. TIP: 1. Start each day with an affirmation to take one action that will serve you 2. Repeat, with your number 1 intention in mind 3. Be CONSISTANT DAILY Best WISHES and PRACTICES for us ALL!

Hi i can relate to what you say and its damn tough but you can break free, you can spend your whole life worrying an😊😊 also worrying about what people think only to die and no one will Even remember you•,!!!! i find you often seek the exact opposite when life gets stressful and you’re under pressure. You do the wrong things even when you know better. The mind is indeed your battleground! Because it has so many little weaknesses. It becomes forgetful and insensible when it’s stressed. And the only way to conquer these weaknesses is to practice conquering them-to practice thinking better. What you need to remember is that the mind operates like a muscle, and just like every muscle in the human body, it needs to be exercised to gain and maintain strength. It needs to be trained daily to grow and develop gradually over time. If you haven’t pushed the mind in lots of little, positive ways over the course of time, of course it’ll crumble on the inevitable days that get overwhelmingly stressful. peace🕊

•Its tough Life sometimes but Find a Empowering meaning to your Life, train your mind to focus on what you have And what you can do so you will have a compelling futire • if you don't know what to do take some action, If it doesn't work out ,and its crap you'll soon find out,but be proud you tried you may get knocked down but not knocked out!! •Just don't sit on the fence and do nothing •Trust there's something in you larger than your mind •A life of meaning & service, find someone/something that you care about more than yourself •Some expensiveness to your life, the bottom line is •You suffer or you grow, but have a role model and stand guard at the door of your mind😃 peace🕊

You are just amazing and wonderful! The self disclosure really adds so much authenticity and warmth ! Thank you so much for all your dedication! As someone who grew up with shockingly insecure validation seeking parents, as a young child the massive red flags were big enough to know it was NOT a good match ! Knowing their temperaments were incompatible for me, I chose to rely on my own judgment! They confuse smoldering worry and real actions! It is very amusing (for the wrong reasons) listening to them analyzing my career "choice" (or pretty much anyone else's) after 29 years of happily doing the same thing. As well as fixating on irrelevant subjects such as gossiping about people's clothing! It is a hard pass, thank you!

Choose to take up a lot of positive space in your own life today. Choose to give yourself permission to meet your own needs. Choose to honor your feelings and emotions. Choose to make self-care and personal growth top priorities! Choose to think better about yourself, so you can live better in spite of the challenges you face. And YES, I know that's sometimes much easier said than done. Truth be told, inner peace begins the moment you take a new breath and choose not to allow an uncontrollable event to dominate you in the present. You are not what happened to you. You are what you choose to become in this moment. Let go, breathe, and begin... peace🕊
