Acceptance and self awareness!Thats it !these are the only options that helps you to overcome your insecurities ! I practiced it and now i know exactly who i am and trust me in real life people around me feel more insecure then I myself! And with time you gradually become more confident and less insecure about your insecurities because you embrace them with confidence.
