I can completely relate with the dental issues. It’s absolute misery. I need a full mouth of implants and I could never afford that. I’ll be happy with dentures at this point. My issues started at 30 as well and for whatever reason they too just began to die. I hid it until I no longer could. It’s really embarrassing and people are hurtful and hateful if they see you missing teeth. I just wanted to say I can relate and I feel for you Wayne.

Due to bad genetics, I have a lot of baby teeth left (it blows away the dentists whenever they see me for the first time). So now as an adult, if I lose any of them, I'll have a missing tooth. Such is why I've had a missing spot in my to molar area. She put a graft there since I told her that eventually I plan to get an implant but hoooooly Hannah - it'll be about $3k for the specialized xray (apparently my nasal cavity is really close to where the screw would go in so they'd need to see where to angle it in order for it to work), and the screw, then maybe another $1k for the crown itself. Just nuts how expensive it is. So for now, I'm fine with the missing tooth.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with so much pain and constant inexplicable teeth issues. I know you know this, but keep advocating for yourself. I’ve battled chronic pain due to cancer surgeries a decade ago. I’m constantly asking for better and innovative pain relief options. Chronic pain and medical things that continue to cause deeper debt is very discouraging. You’ve built a great community here. We will support you. I never comment on posts, but I see in your eyes a similar struggle that I’ve faced fo a decade. And I’m only 46. You can do this, Wayne and we will be with you every step.

Hello fellow Chronic pain patients! If you are in America and your meds have been force-tapered [or worse, ceased completely] get in on the revolution -- the AMA has declared war on the CDC and has formally accused the CDC of *_"harming chronic pain patients."_* I'm currently fighting my 3rd battle with cancer, aside from my fibro and rarest form of lupus on record. If you've not yet joined the channel of Dr. Thomas Kline, consider it. There are over 100,000 of "us" who have by now taken their own lives -- many of whom gave Dr. Kline permission to list their names on his Twitter. Dr. Kline's videos can help you arm yourselves with important info! You can read the full 17-page letter of charges that the AMA issued last June, 2020, *online,* and the group of pain advocates formed shortly thereafter. Which Dr. Kline is helping. Lastly also see Dr. Kline in action in the video "Pain Advocates Speak Out" by *DavesPainStream.* Knowledge is power. May you all be blessed with good health and freedom from pain. And Wayne? List/advertise a way we can help. We come here for a reason, love. You're that reason. *_Try us._* Love, light, hang in there! ♥️

In the past year I've been trying to not take my teeth for granted. Both my mom and my b/f lost a front tooth and suffered from infections. They've both since gotten things fixed. It's not only a health & financial issue, it's also a social issue. My mom at least could feel comfortable going out in public b/c she was wearing a mask, but my b/f didn't want to visit until he got his bridge fixed. It's almost startling how having one missing tooth can completely change your appearance and how you're perceived socially. I wish you overall good health.

My husband is going through this. It weighs heavy that your teeth are what everyone sees and to think that “ok I am going to lose them “ is not a good feeling. Implants are horribly expensive. I am worried about the constant infections. I am in the medical field. Not dental but I know your immune system is trying to fight off what is going on and I know what goes on in the body is related to the teeth and vice versa. As you can imagine your story has touched me to the core. I am literally crying my eyes out😢 The pain and repeated infections, personal cost both financial and physical. I realize i am not alone. My ancestry is English and my fathers side has genetically bad teeth! I dont have answer but since mine are so literally broken off and gone i decided to get dentures and use 2 botton implants as anchors for bottom plate. This has left me . I also have an unknown autoimmune disease. I despise the medical system in U.S. I had to sell my home and lost so much. I know your pain and feel your anguish. Hi Wayne! This may get lost in the sea of messages but wanted to offer some info that might help. This just happened to my husband where the dentist discovered an infection in one of his root canals and he too wasn't in pain. The dentist said the issue was when the previous dentist did the root canal he didn't get the filling all the way to the base of the root, so that area got infected. The dentist could see the space on the x-ray where the filling was missing. So the new dentist removed old filling, flushed the root with anti bacterial then redid filling, all this to say that the tooth was saved. Recheck your x-ray as this may be the issue. Best wishes!

Get yourself gum massagers. The rubber tip ones. Do the rotation, with pressure, holding point horizontal, 5 times between teeth, outside and inside. Also massage the midpoints of your molars, outside and inside. THREE TIMES A DAY. Most tooth problems are actually gum problems!! The massagers are about $3 each. They don't last long, about a week or two. You will notice your gum depths going down and pockets closing up after the first few weeks. You may catch those 3 impending root canals and reverse them!! Get yourself a periodontist - not just a dentist. Thanks you Wayne!!

There's numbing gel that takes the edge off the numbing shots. And my dentist is a true angel, with a calming voice & is as gentle as possible. Make sure you ask the dentist to do your cleaning. The hygienist left my gums bleeding terribly & I've had my dentist do my cleanings ever since. I got my hubby in to see her & he loves her too! We feel very blessed to have such good care. Please don't wait til you start having tooth & mouth problems. Ask everyone you know for their reccomendation, and don't be afraid to try out more than one office til you are satisfied. Best wishes & good luck! 😁

I can totally understand your frustration. My teeth have been deteriorating rapidly. I have spent thousands on fillings, etc. It’s heartbreaking as I am young and my teeth themselves are perfectly straight and beautiful but even my front teeth are being affected. Lately, I have heard that keeping your mouth alkaline with things like neutral pH waters (water can be acidic) and xylitol can help. Acidic pH can cause decay. I recently discovered Dr. Mark Burhenne from Ask the Dentist. He has a podcast and Instagram. He is a good resource and has a link to dentists who are more forward thinking. I have just started making some changes but it has given me hope. I will pray for you, Wayne. Thank you for sharing such a personal experience; it helps to not feel so alone. Wayne I have been in a similar situation to you, then I discovered the fallacy of root canals and how bad they are. I have had so many tooth issues and abscesses I’ve lost count (all in teeth that I absolutely ‘needed’ fillings in prior to the issues) Since I stopped allowing the dentist to mess around with my teeth I have no pain, if I feel the familiar throbbing begin I swish warm salt water & lemon juice (just concentrated from the bottle or fresh) around the teeth and the pain will go. I have also cured 2 abscesses with oil of oregano capsules- between 4-6 a day for 3-4 days. I use K2, bioemulsion vit D, bone broth, and a remineralising toothpaste which has strengthened my teeth considerably. Wishing you all the best and that you find peace - I know this can become the bane of one’s existence! ❤️

Although expensive, permanent replacements are the way to go. It ensures no issues in the future. If you’re still experiencing pain in the one treated with antibiotics, have your dentist or better yet an oral surgeon check it out and X-ray it because they may have left something behind when they pulled it. That may be causing the pain. It happened to my sister when her dentist tried removing a difficult tooth. Next time go to an oral surgeon for complex removals even if more expensive. They will do less damage.

Wayne, I’m so sorry that you’re in so much pain. There is nothing worse, than pain caused by teeth because there is so little that can be done to find relief, other than taking pain meds. I hope you find a solution and relief very soon. You are a shining light. 🌟🌺

Dear Wayne, I have never commented on any videos before. I haven't even created a channel. I saw your video and felt the need to share. I have also had problems with my mouth, and was told by different dentists that pain in my mouth could be coming from elsewhere. A tooth could be throbbing, but in actuality the problem tooth is somewhere else. I am sending you best wishes for your health

Yes, in my case the underlying issue was non functional thyroid that changed ph value of saliva in my mouth, and that manage to destroyed my until then pretty normal and healthy teeth...

Sending love and prayers. I had a bad fall as a teen and the tooth loss, root canals, repeated and excessive need to replace crowns, veneers, etc. has been a nightmare many times in my life since. I am 40 and I have the same fears about tooth loss, I have nightmares. I know there will come a time when I will just have to get a bridge or dentures because there's nothing for a crown to attach itself to any longer. People who don't have these experiences don't understand how traumatic dental loss is- if just about anything else in your body is injured or ill it can be healed, but you only get one set of teeth. And the expense, I hear you about the cost. It's insane.

Thank you for good tips on how to make foundation look less cakey and orange! And I feel your pain about the teeth! I pretty much went 10 years without seeing a dentist after I left high school, and I'm literally paying for it now! I know you don't want to accept donations or hand outs, but why not consider it payment for all of the great things we have learned from you! Either way, I hope you will get something to ease your pain. We love you!

Wayne, I'm on the verge of tears of empathy for you. You are not alone when it comes to dental issues and not being in a better financial position to take care of it. Now I wasn't born with the same medical condition you mentioned here but, I have had problems in my past and within a few days, I have to have a tooth removed because of a horrible cavity that now has an abscess. It will cost me exactly $700 usd for the removal and IV sedation. I also have a molar that also needs to be removed as well but I cannot afford it. A few years back I got an assessment of how much it would cost me to remove these two teeth and replace them..$7,000 usd & this is without the cost of the removal by an oral surgeon. I take a lot of pride in my appearance. I'm extremely sad and slightly angry that I will have to now deal with having a missing tooth. Even though it won't be very noticeable, I will know there is a gap. No one should have go into financial ruin for a medical procedure. Regardless of the country they live in. I'm so sorry Wayne. I apologize for the long message.

I didn’t used to have a problem with Tiente Idole and I recently experienced oxidizing on my jawline under my mask. A Similar thing happened with Tarte Founcealer. I haven’t had that issue with Double Wear. It’s also a lighter AND more NEUTRAL shade. It’s interesting how some companies define ‘neutral’ in terms of undertone. As I’ve lightened up on the application and used a BIGGER BRUSH for a more natural look, I’ve not had problems.

FYI, my father had similar problems with his teeth and had full dentures by the time he was ~37. He was born in 1923, so few corrective procedures were available and he was miserable. The good news is that once he had dentures he never looked back. No further pain or discomfort and they were undetectable. He also wore them 24/7. (I don't know if that's advisable.)
@shirleyens77073 жыл бұрын
Apparently it isn't advisable. My dad was told, but he wore his 24/7 and never had issues. He did need a new set after almost 35 years and was never as happy with those.

I have dentists in my family. I can tell you that with all of how the world learned and does better in health, teeth are still very hard to get. So much unexplained and not well enough understood and not enough new ways to deal with it. I know how painful it can get and I only have one tooth that did this to me. You are a hero, making videos and smile with all this pain going on 💕

I'm so sorry to hear about your teeth, Wayne. My partner has experienced the same thing, with his formerly healthy, durable teeth suddenly starting to die 3 years ago. It runs in his Mom's side, and they are otherwise brilliantly healthy. It is traumatic. My own teeth have always been high maintenance, and I have some body horror issues with them, so it's been a struggle all my life to do what's needed. I do, but it's hard. They suddenly started breaking before lockdown, so now we're going through it together. It's very hard, cost-wise, but at least we don't feel alone. You're not alone either. Just keep breathing. You'll get through this.

Thank you for adding "the teeth". I have always been paranoid of keeping care of my teeth since childhood... now I am in my 40s latter end of the 40s I have had more go wrong and I don't want to lose my teeth! I like them very much and like you mentioned "that cost"!. Oh dear gosh! Its very costly. Then in that panic mode we think of our facial bones and all that business. It can be very distracting from living life when all that worry business pops up and tries to do its best to keep hold and we lose our minds a bit when all that nonsense of worry tries to grip on. I dont know how it works for you but I once was someone with using Work as my only identity. Lost it all due to bad surgeons as for some reason my athletic body on the outside was fine but a sneaky Pete's autoimmune arthritis decided to eat my bones right out from underneath me. Took both my hips at the same time like snapping off barbie doll legs. Then left paralyzed well and incomplete paralysis as dear Dr had another Oops on his table. He got away with it but unfortunately I did not. Fought like a maniac crazed maniac to walk again with or without that worse leg. I finally get to my point of my go to place. I found out what blind faith really meant. I had no one to help. No one here to cheer me on or help me walk or find research. I did all that not knowing where to begin but I started to get what Faith in one God really meant and what it can do. Now that I have that I decided to choose that even on great days! It took practice for sure. Then when I slip and your oh so very much relatable teeth issue coming what feels right at you. I get it. I get all the inside thoughts. The money thrown at them on to the drs a minimal to us its A FREAKING LOT. these teeth are cared for so what the heck is happening? I like to smile with a mouth full of toofers! These are mine and they are supposed to outlast me. I share with you all I have Wayne. I have that pull back the reins inside our brains. Drop it to one dang day at a time. Find something to make you have a giggle about yourself. And most important grip that Faith like nobody's business so you can keep your brain. Your thoughts straight and keep your eye on the prize of the goal of those choppers. Gotta have something that strong in order to get our very precious and unique person we each are inside able to handle these times. It does definitely work for me. He has never failed me even when I rejected. I just didn't know the power until I let go. Still me, still human but sincerely humbled when I forget who got me thru each disaster I reached out and im just saying its one thing that I had to break ny selfish pride and ask. I thank you for you, your generosity in teaching all ages with your natural gift and talents. I want nothing but success and happiness for you always

I went through the same thing with my teeth. Starting in my early 20s they basically just started to disintegrate but unlike you, I didn't have the money at the time to fix them with root canals so I just looked awful. Finally after saving up & using CareCredit I was able to get full bridge implants & it was the best decision I ever made in my life!! Gave me my confidence back & allowed me to get on with my life! Wishing you the best!!

I now am 57 and have partials but need more pulled pretty much all I have left and I’m Diabetic my health keeps from working anymore and even with my husband’s health Insurance and Dental plan which hardly covers anything at all! I’m in debt up to my ears and it’s outrageously expensive!! Prayers for you! If I find a solution I’ll let you know and please keep us updated! It’s miserable I know but hang in there! I empathize with you Wayne when I was young we didn't have any money so I didn't get any dental care besides wisdom tooth extractions, coupled with depression and now I have bad teeth. Just stay focused and be thankful that your body is trying to survive. Honor your body and water it so one day you won't have to feel bad about your physical body. You're a hardworker so I believe you'll earn the funds.

I've just never had an issue with oxidation. Likely because of your tips--i usually buy foundations that are a hair lighter than I need (because I've always been afraid of it looking too dark or orange) and I've always set with loose powder (coty AirSpun since the 80s and I've never strayed from it) . After bronzer and blush I can warm it up where I need it. Hope you're feeling better soon.

When I was watching I was wondering about your teeth and if the problem had been solved. I am very sad to hear it hasn’t been solved. My son had problems with his teeth since he was a teenager and he is now older than you. He had the top ones pulled because they were the worst and he is so glad he did. He was told if he didn’t like the idea of having a plate to take out and in they can actually attach the plate to the bone just like they do a tooth implant. I have no idea how much this cost because he had dental insurance but he is very glad he had it done. One thing is for sure and that is that our teeth play a very important part with our health. So I pray things get figured out for you and we always listen cause we love you! Thanks 😊

I have top and bottom dentures. I had 26 teeth pulled in one session, while I was awake. Now my bottoms do not fit really well because I have extra bones in my mouth(5 of them, 2 on the bottom) but I always hated the dentist and am so glad that I never have to go back to one. They are a fraction of what implants cost, you should think about it and hang in there!!
