What method do you use to avoid trading into false breakouts?

Fundamentao analysis first of all , then i will search for some candlestick patterns , market structures and for some extra assurance fib. , stoch.Rsi , and volume. Not the best way , but it normally works well for me..

look left of the current wave, or in this case, zone of consolidation, for a supply zone that could send price back down. i also use two different stochs set to indicate possible short term cycles and long term cycles. additionally i use macd to measure momentum. but most of all, if i am fairly confident that i have an edge, i understand i will not win every trade, and ensure my risk management is suitable for the risk taken.

that breakout high is working Karen but after is doing breakout high it has to came down or sell down to retest previous low first before buy in to the up side but most people just think about breakout high and instantly put buy that is wrong about how to use breakout.

False breakout followed by stop loss hunting by market makers. A traders sell is a markets buy at cheaper rate. Accumulation of liquidity before they start selling back hence traders are buying. Indicators and tools are given free to traders for a reason to confuse you. Free. Why. To take your money. Price action what matters.
