This is one of the safest most thorough ways to realign. You are fantastic.

Yup that's me. When I do a posterior pelvic tilt and twist left I can easily pop my back but not if a twist right. This asymmetry is annoying. I'm right handed and now seeing a PRC specialist to try and figure this out. Good content Conor

Reasonable Logic explanation for why sound comes from popping your joints would work Thanks

Thank for this great Video. I got back pain especially lower back pain for years. On and off. Two years ago I had a bycicle accident. So it was getting worse. I am now searching for simple exercises to take care oft strength, stability and flexibility.

i think its actually more than just moving fluid around. our modern food and lifestyle choices with lack of physical exercise cause a crystilasation of said fluid in the joints and around the spinde. It backs up the lymphatic system and cause all sorts of modern acne and elderly-joint issues. By "popping" joints we force the Fluid under pressure to change its aggregate state from kinda solid crystals to a fluid/gas so it can be moved not around but further in direction of the nearest sebaceous gland or to inflame sweat glands and get the skin to open to drain it (acne) So in my opinion pls dont underrestimate the human bodys capacity to heral and regain functionality besides being poisoned by food and stress. popping , while only using your naturtal musscle range of motion. insteat external force with limbs and doorways or pillows and so on is a good thing and it will get you to live a much longer life.

Interesting info… I always wondered if popping my back will actually wear something out back there…. But as it sometimes is the only way for me to get rid of pain in the lower back *sigh*.

My takeaway, thoracic twist to one side but not to pop. Thanks Conor

What is your opinion on getting people to stand on your back to ease any tightness? My Dad always used to ask me stand on his back when I was younger.

What it means if knees make a cracking sound? And after exercise are painful.
@felixicussАй бұрын
Is it the kneecaps (patella) movement that is makimg the sound? Conor has some videos about this and additionally to doing those exercises I would recommend looking over your training and make sure youre training your hip extension, knee extension, abductors and adductors, because those are big muscles that are involved and often times people are missing some of them in their plan.

It can mean a lot. I would check feet, calves, glutes, psoas and upper hip muscles. Usually knees themselves are not the weak link.

Strengthen your feets in the first place, use barefoot shoes(or just exercise barefoot) to engage the most muscules of your feet and calves into the exercising. These are natural stabilizers for your knees and overall posture, good luck

@conorharris anything in your body restoration guide about stiff dorsal muscle?

Conor please do something for cubital tunnel or snapping elbow if you have any knowledge about that. I am afraid i may never be able to lift the way i want to again.

Anecdotally you are right. My body is a horror show and I pop all over.

I got your beginner body restoration program and it is great. I had a question tho. Can I still do regular full body stretching? Does it negatively impact anything?

Hey Conor, Is there any harm in performing these exercise on both side as opposed to just he effected side? I am asking since I am never able to self diagnose the problematic side.

Very interesting, thank you! For me, daily I need to pop my SIJ on one side only (I force my hips right and rib cage left). Do you feel this theory applies with the SIJ as well as the spine (given the joints are a bit different)?

On lumbar spine decompression, please make video for relief

I feel like i need to pop between the scapula, but it is not possible. I've been told that i have a flat thoracic spine. From what i can see you don't have any videos on this matter. Is this something you could address?
@ChaosMagikАй бұрын
Same for me but it’s only between my scapula and spine on the left.

Hi! Conor has several videos explaining how to unlock the upper back or releasing knots between the shoulder blades. You may want to try these.

Why no matter the issue does the exercise always seem to be sideways, knees bent with a band?
