How to STOP on a Longboard - Foot Brake Beginner Guide

There are a lot of ways to stop on a longboard.
Footbraking is the prefered one for a a lot of reasons. Its controlled, you don't jump of throwing your board behind. you dont have to carve or slide and many more reasons.
It's an essential skill every longboarder should master.
