Ways to stop overthinking : 1. Diversion - divert the mind to a hobby or something. 2. Meditation - try to control the mind. 3. Acceptance - accepting past and present. 4. I am ca student .i am in ca foundation .i failed three times now i am writing 4 th time and all my fnrds are passed very easily and for me its look like big heavy rock and its look impossible for me .but inside me I know that I can pass but i am overthink too too much that I feel like it's heavy big rock that I can't move.😰

Don't overdo anything. Be moderate Don't over eat, over talk, over angry, over cry, over laugh, over exercise, overdose tv and mobile, over sleeping, over drinking etc . Automatically overthinking will never happen. If your body is reacting negatively in your work signalling of too much. Then stop it and rest.

@@shubumaqbool4675 Check whether you have stress or anxiety. To feel relaxed reduce negative thoughts. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce watching negative social media. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

Hello didi, Didi mera roj ka regular routine hai ki mai roj Bhagwan ka naam leta hu or ye meri ak tarah se ak manat jesa hai ki mai bhagwan ka naam jhap krta hu par pata nahi kyu mere mind mai bohot overthinking thoughts aane lagte hai jab bhi man bhagwan ka naam lene jaata hu tab... Essa lagta hai ki kuch bura na ho jaye. Mai naam lete samay bhagwan ka dhyan pe dhyan nahi de pata or ye overthinking hoti hai ki iske baad mera naam lena safal hoga ki nahi ya ye mera dhyan nahi lagg raha hai to ye sahi hai ki nahi 😢 Agar isspe aap kuch suggest kar de please.. Very nicely summarised with clarity :) I'm looking to collaborate with you and a lyricist for a song on wealth equality for students and youth. A cause to bring paradigm shift from scarcity to abundance mindset. For example, student debt is usd 1.8 trillion crisis in USA and expected to fast catch up in India. So idea is to make a song where youth & students can create wealth from their student loan / emi. To bring a mindset shift of creating abundance. I call this initiative as "Sone Ki Chidiya". मन चंगा तो कटौती में गंगा। इन्सान की सफलता और असफलता सब उसके मन पर ही निर्भर करती है। अगर उसका मन शान्त है और स्वयं में केंद्रित है तो वह बड़े से बड़े लक्ष्य को बहुत ही आसानी से प्राप्त कर सकता है। इसके विपरीत यदि मन में शान्ति ना हो तो वह चाहे कितना भी बुद्धिमान क्यों ना हो अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर ही नहीं पाता।

राधे राधे जो आपने समझाया इसका संकेत मस्तिष्क की ओर है अर्थ हमारे मन की और है जैसा कि आपने कहा सब कुछ प्राप्त करने पर शांति नहीं मिल पाती यह तब तक संभव नहीं है जब तक कि हम हमारे मन को वश में ना कर ले और हम मन को वश में करने का प्रयास भी करते हैं पर वह होता नहीं उसके लिए हम अभ्यास करते हैं एक बार अभ्यास से मन वश में नहीं होता बार बार अभ्यास करने पर मन वश में किया जा सकता है और अभ्यास के साथ साथ हमेंने जो चीज हासिल कर ली है हमने उसका मोह नहीं होना चाहिए अर्थ उसमे आसक्त नहीं रहना चाहिए क्योंकि एक बार मन सही रास्ते पर आने के बाद फिर विषय की ओर जा सकता है फिर से उसे योगी से भोगी बनने पर विवश करती रहेगी इसी प्रकार हम अभ्यास और वैराग्य से अपने मन को वश में कर लेंगे पर यह कार्य निरंतर अभ्यास से संभव है और बैरागी का होना भी आवश्यक है यही प्रेरित करने का सही तरीका है ओम नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय शब्द लिखने में कुछ गलती हो तो क्षमा करना

Nice and informative video. A suggestion to reduce overthinking. Be careful what you feed your mind. Feed trash and trash will come out. Avoid comparing yourself with others, avoid storing bottled up emotions, reduce watching negative social media-fake news channels and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Thoughts keep changing. Your breath is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit straight on a chair, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. If distracted bring focus back on the breath. Never meditate with expectations. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, at the workplace, in the park etc, Counting backwards slowly from 50 to 0 also reduces overthinking. @@p.s.4893 Please first start doing Yoga (Aasana & Pranayama in the guidance of a Yoga Teacher or watch Swami Ramdev Ji's Yoga Videos carefully and then start doing Aasana & Pranayama) around 30 minutes everyday and in this Yoga session's end just start chanting ॐ 5 minutes and concentrate yourself on only ॐ (first inhale and exhale with chanting ॐ). Slowly slowly your body & mind will be in your control and then you will be able to do meditation very easily.🧘‍♂ Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya!🙏 Jai Hind!
