A few days ago, I realized that even on a perfect day, like when I spent the morning studying, if an unpleasant situation occurred, my immediate reaction was to escape from it. My usual escape would be scrolling through shorts or reading stories on an app called Pratilipi. Now, I tell myself that it’s just a situation that has already happened. If I need to, I can take a nap, write about it, or go for a walk, but nothing more than that-then I get back to studying.

1. Emotional responses can be overwhelming and controlling. 2. Taking things personally can lead to unnecessary stress and anxiety. 3. A rational mindset can help navigate challenging situations more effectively. 4. Emotions can be intense, but they don't have to control our actions. 5. It's essential to recognize when emotions are driving our responses. 6. Taking a step back and assessing a situation logically can lead to better outcomes. 7. Being aware of our emotions and thoughts can help us respond more mindfully. 8. Not every situation requires an immediate emotional response. 9. A logical approach can help us see things from different perspectives. 10. Emotional responses can be a default, but they don't have to define us. 11. We have the power to choose how we respond to situations. 12. Rational thinking can lead to a more peaceful and calm life. 13. Being kind and compassionate is essential, even in difficult situations. 14. We can't control everything, but we can control how we respond. 15. Life becomes easier when we apply rational thinking to challenging situations. 16. Emotional responses can be intense, but they don't have to dictate our lives. 17. We are bigger than our emotions and have the power to choose. 18. Conscious awareness and logic can help us live a more fulfilled life. 19. Not every situation requires a reaction; sometimes it's better to mind our own business. 20. Shaping a calmer, quieter personality takes time and practice.❤

I've been there in this situation where I take things personally but now i understood how to come out from that feeling bad situation. Thank you soo much and today one of my friends msg me that i didn't reply to his msg from last 2 days because I wasn't not in the right mood or due to some issues. He said that he felt hurt because of this and I think this video is perfect to share with him he will be able to understand this new approach thank you so much simmy di for the new perspective ❤

I have been going through a tuff time lately but you know this whole journey helped me a lot. I am not saying I am completely over of what I am going through but these series taught me a lot like finding the home within, and this episode made me comment because every time something goes wrong the first thing my brain used to do is to think of the worst case scenarios where obviously I am the culprit or the one in front and now I am all guilty that its definitely my fault and then not being able to lead a normal life. Thank you so much. I have a long way to go but you will be someone who really helped. God bless you.

Emotions will come up in every situation but it is what we do after that makes the difference. The feeling dies if we don't pay attention or don't indulge in a mental chatter about it. Btw this olive color is looking good on you. Keep unlocking the mysterious of life and keep sharing, as you said correctly sometimes a single thought can change the entire life.

Simmy i want you to read this comment What ever you are doing by making such videos is priceless for people like us who are stuck in that emotional fool loop and their personality, academics , relations , personal growth , even is unable to live a normal life , being in depression and anxiety. You are giving hope that things can be normal again to such people teaching them the currect ways Coz people who r really in need search for the solution and there are the information that is just for views not with the motive to really help and then such people try to implement that information coz of being emotionally vulnerable and again get misguided and more confused .
@Ranjeet_Sir7773 ай бұрын
Nice one. Already you have mentioned in one of your videos, that fear is our body guard, so we are bigger than our emotions. It's a great relief once we realise this. By and large life is boring, life is not fair, we need to be concious about it. As you rightly said, people don't even know that they are being pulled by emotions. Knowing this, being concious about it is a breakthrough. Looking at anger as it is, not trying to do anything about it. Things start falling in place. 🎉

In short transcending from your emotional state to a conscious state of mind where you are woke enough to know if the situation requires the kind of emotional response towards it or not (to have that awareness in you to realise if it requires your reaction following the action towards it or not). Shifting your way of living life from unconsciously reacting to consciously reacting to the things that are happening or has happened or gonna happen.

You are right. One thing I would like to say is that sometimes we just can't control our emotions because of the enormity of the event, or due to the amount of importance we have attached to something or someone, or even because of the investment we have put into let's say a relationship. Rationale and logic gets suspended at those times. Nobody would want their unregulated emotions to drive their mood and actions, it's tough especially for overthinkers. I just can't find a way to get out of this. It will stop probably only in the event of my death. Until then, it seems like I will have to cope with this and endure the pain that comes packaged with overthinking.

But after this videos I realized how many times I have actually repeated this I need some emotional stability and security towards my emotions and action. I need to be ok when things are not my fine. Something to add as it clicked overnight. This has been helping me so would like to share. Emotions and thoughts are subtle to immediately master them. As our journey starts from where we are and now we are more acquainted with our physical realms. So working directly with subtle things would be difficult for many of us. Our ancestors new this so they have made it easy for us by relating every emotion with breath and our five senses( inputs). Breathing is more physical than thoughts and emotions, so we can control them by working on our breath. Similarly our 5 sensory organs are also physical, these can be used to keep a check on the inputs. These are the triggers like, when we watch a movie, it triggers some emotions. Being concious directly of our thoughts and emotions would be a little difficult instead we can start from the sensory organs by asking ourselves constantly that which sensory organ am I getting pulled into right now??
