Hey sir, watches a ton of your videos, really helpful! I’ve been commuting back and forth across the Throggs neck bridge in Ny for over 4 years. Out of nowhere i started getting nervous going across the bridge. Day before i had a huge panic attack going across it! Now I’m terrified. I thought i was having a heart attack. I took off work for a week, and the anxiety thinking is still here and i can’t relax. I have been really stressed at work, and in general idk if that’s what the issue is. I’m scared to drive to work Monday!

I feel you. I had a panick attack twice while driving and thought I was having a heart attack too. I find most people don't understand and it can be lonely.

How do we connect with you? I have a severe case of driving anxiety..I’ve tried medication and years of therapy to no avail. I had my worst panic attack yesterday with my child in my car…my quality of life has been terrible and I am desperate for help!!!
