This is great. I’m 27. I have problems with stopping my mind. Even when sleep. I found what helps is changing the smallest habits. Like starting by making your bed and little things. A few months now I have noticed a huge difference. My problem is sleeping now. I have had a problems keeping the same thing going over and over. Now I’m focused on my goals more. I’m editing videos. Skating surfing. Working and school. I feel better mentally and really we have to realize how good we have it here that you think your life sucks so you go to KZbin to get help . Another thing that helps is see how many more people have it worse. I will be trying the meditation. Thanks future wifey lol I can see me and her now talking and the stepbrothers scene with Will Ferrell 😂😂

Your information was exactly what I needed. I was caught up in self destructive mental loops. i was repeating negative thought’s about myself and others. I was trying to find solutions to move forward and your teaching has provided me the path I was looking for. I am going to utilize the five methods outlined in your video and I am going to achieve my goals. I started by saving this video and I am going to watch it daily until each technic becomes a habit. Thank you for your help.

6:54 also, I remember you mentioning past traumas can contribute to anxiety, depression. And understanding that trauma can be passed down from generation to generation, can steer us towards those negative thoughts.

I appreciate your videos. I have an endoscopy tomorrow, I've been in a lot of pain, which has caused a ton of anxiety. I will try and implement these methods. I want to feel good again

@@glowbugstriker9598 yes, this year has been so stressful, I am sure that my anxiety and stress manifests itself in my stomach issues. The endoscopy showed gastritis, GERD, and a hiatal hernia. I now have to move forward, and make the changes in my body and psyche to improve my life... this hit me like a mack truck... I've never had these kinds of issues before. 😕
