You’re the first person to use this description of emotional regulation. I’ve read so much about being autistic and ADHD since being self-diagnosed as an adult, and I never understood what it truly means. “Regulating” only makes me think of strictness and rules. But responding is such a different thing. How do I respond to my emotions? I can respond in the ways that work for me. So that’s what I need to focus on. WOW. Thank you. Emotional regulation can be even more difficult for neurodivergent people, so in addition to being sensory sensitive, life can be really f-ing hard. And it’s so easy to just flee and run away. I’ve spent much time on energy healing and inner work in the last year. But I’m still running away. Also that dish looks DELISH!!

This is some truly amazing work I’ve ever seen on this platform! The concept is explained so well that an ESL student like me can understand it easily! I’m starting to change slowly, improving my daily habits and mental health! Thank you so much, Sean, you’re the most special content creator in my heart🙏

( read till the end pls )I understand why you didn’t want to post the video at the first it is not as entertaining as what we often see here. But guess what I watched it till the end. Why ? Because through yout 15seconds of reels, and your book I am reading and applying to my life you succeeded in building a connection with a young Algerian M.D living alone in Germany and struggling with her 7-13 hours of screen time a day. You did not waste your time these past months. Viral =/= impactful. And you my dear have beeing active and doing something and it does have an impact, really. Thank you. ( I might or might not have shed a tear or two writing this comment, I hope you see it )

Hi thanks. Thanks for 2 things. First for this video. It turned out really well. And second, thank you for your Instagram videos. You are the reason I no longer have Instagram. My cell phone broke and you and the time without a cell phone showed me that it's much nicer without insta. I mean +2 hours a day lifetime, there is probably nothing better. So thank you for helping and that's great. Good luck in your life

I hate cooking... like actual cooking... i can cook, just dont like it... so much so i let my wife belive I couldnt cook for 7 years. Odd mistakes just re-inforced it early on so she banned me from the kitchen and i was happy to comply. She passed away and my life is ruined in every other way too, so i've had to cook to save money. With all that said, this analogy is still fantastic.

Sir, thanks a lot for your amazing inspirational video(s). You really bring me to motivate myself into living the real life. Especially, I came to know you from Instagram. There, many-a-times, you have told us to keep your videos as the last video. I had tried and obeyed them, and that really made me control my screen time. Ngl, not a big successful guy, but one day, I hope I might achieve the type of self-control, semi-social dude, that I have always been dreaming on! Thanks for helping socially addict people like me. You are really amazing! Plus. You had reported that you have to achieve your goals, and sooner you will! Anyway, God bless and stay blessed 😊❤️
