Another great video Marcus! I especially liked Step 4: “ACT Confident (even if you don’t feel it).” That’s a very good point you made and it will be difficult to start following. I have no doubt though that it IS possible and that I’m more than able to start trying. 👍

Thanks for what you are doing. It's time to meet face to face with my stuttering and beat it already. I am 16 y.o. and I think it's about time to start.

What do you think about intentionally stuttering? Gives you that sense of control over your stutter. Like you can choose when to stutter, and when not to. Although I think that's just reinforcing the bad habit?

I would consider that as sort of a fringe solution that probably doesn’t have sufficient depth as a long term approach, but I could certainly see it being helpful in a short term way. I know this sort of reverse psychology can work with things like insomnia where paradoxically trying to stay awake can help you fall asleep quicker. So yeah, there’s probably some value in it, but I think there are much better approaches to focus on that will lead to better long term improvements.

Hi Marcus, thank you so much for this video! I rarely comment on videos (can't remember the last time I commented tbh), but I felt that I had to let you know that I genuinely appreciate this video. I really liked the way you talk, your expressions, tones, enthusiasm, hand gestures, everything is on point! I have also been a stutterer my whole life and I have certianly picked a lot of useful tips which I will definitely strat to use ASAP. Another thing that I really liked is the fact that you offer such high quality and highly educational videos for FREE! I can't wait to watch your free 45 minute video mentioned in the discription! I also have some interesting questions that I would like to ask you please. Would really appreciate if you can let me know your social media so I can contact you. Again, thank you very much! :)
