How to Stop the Weird Noise on AirPods Pro

I just turned off the transparency/noise cancellation and then re-paired the AirPods Pro as described. This has given a near perfect solution to the “humming” that was in the left AirPod previously. I’ve tried lots of other ways to fix, but this solution has provided the best results so far. Thanks.

I found a fix. Try taking off the earbud part of the AirPod Pros and cleaning the back of it that touches the speaker. Then also wipe the speaker clean. This was the only thing that worked for me and I need to share

It's from sweat or water intrusion. Once it starts it will likely only get worse. I can still use noise cancellation a little on mine, but transparency results in the noise most of the time. If they're under warranty, take them to apple, otherwise you just have to deal with no NC or transparency. I just bought new ones and use the old ones as workout headphones so I don't ruin the new ones by sweating in them excessively.

@@lovecycle777 loool. Also i found a fix if your still looking for one. You can call apple help services and check if your airpods are eligible for a free replacement. There is a small batch of airpods which have this problem and apple will replace them for free. But before you do this u need to check that ur iphone has the latest update. If it does, then check that ur airpods have the latest update. Hopefully that helped lol

so for me it made a high pitched noise and the small ear tips weren’t sealed i thought i had small ear holes but i switched them to large ear tips and the feel nice in my ear and i don’t get headaches anymore so try out different ear tips and put the airpods in youre ear and which ear tip doesn’t make the sound it’s the right ear tip for youre ear 👍

lol the solution that works for me is to change my nickname to something by asking siri (“hey siri change my nickname to [something random]) and then resetting my airpods (holding down the button[they have to be connected but in the case] until the blinking white light turns orange for a moment, then it will come up on your phone that they are reset) idk why this works for me but it might just be bc my airpods are jank, unsure if this will work for others-
