I concluded that I hoped my children formed a stable loving relationship and that it would matter not one jot whether it was straight, gay, bi, trans or any other combination. I don’t usually read all the comments, but I am horrified at what you have been subjected to, the lack of humanity and empathy, the malice and so on. I started watching your channel because of my curiosity about narrow boat living…I fancied giving it a go, but was unsure whether I could survive the winters. I’ve decided against that lifestyle for me but continue to watch because I found you both to be such good fun, knowledgeable and educational, plus I fell in love with Dylan. Please don’t give these awful people and comments any headspace. I’m glad you took decisive action against the ones you mentioned. It’s unbelievable how some people has power behind the screen. We also get affected by trolls on our social media platforms and you are absolutely right on your actions. We have never thought on taking further and press charges but we will keep that one in mind from now on. I believe people follow us because of who we are and because they like our personalities, so it doesn’t matter what we do they will keep following. I understand some are only interested on a certain thing like when you were boating on the canals but you will never get a massive people unsubscribe you for that and you will get new ones interested on what you are doing now. It breaks my heart that there are so many mean people in the world. You guys are our favorite KZbin channel. We live in the U.S., and we watch an episode each night before bed. It’s like a 25 minute vacation every day. Now we want to retire to Scotland, buy a narrow boat, and open/close locks all day. This should go without saying, but you both bring joy to so many people. Keep doing what you do!

Well done guys! Im glad you made a video on this topic as it's not talked about enough. We've never had anything as bad as you, but some comments really do hurt me, as I already have social anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, it just makes it worse. But that tip about hiding the person from the channel has come in very useful, over the past year. Much love the Taylors.

Hi Fellas, I just watched your Troll video. Well done! I just wanted to say a couple of things to both of you. I found your channel in midst of the darkest days of the pandemic here in New York City. I have been a Broadway stagehand for almost 30 years and suddenly one day the entire industry shut down. Your channel started out as a very needed escape during bad times. I have enjoyed your KZbin channel ever since. I really think you guys are great and do a great job. I’m happy to be following along on your new chapter of life. First you two are a solid, decent and caring people and it shows. This was an important video for you to make because it highlights the troll problem. I have a political vlog and of course I expect to get those that disagree with my views that's to be expected. The problem is some people think if they disagree with your views or your lifestyle that gives them the right to abuse you. We all try to ignore these people at first but some just don't take the hint. I'm glad that you two called the Police, nasty trolls need to know there are consequences for their actions. Keep doing what you're doing boys because at the end of the day the only ones you need to please are yourselves. Big smooches to you two and Otis the wonder dog! 💕
