Ce genre de "réparation" peut marcher avec des balais usagers mais attention avec de nouveaux balais neufs, l'orientation deviendra fausse. A l'arrêt, les balais restent en position "retour" et donc prennent ce pli et à la longue le garde. Une solution est qu’après un certain temps d'utilisation et après s'en être servi, on appuie sur les essuie glaces vers le bas pour qu'ils prennent un peu plus la position "aller". Surtout par temps chaud et donc reviennent à une position plus neutre.

C’est surtout de ça qu’il fallait parler. L’angle que prend le couteau au repos. L’idéal est un essuie glace qui se soulève en position arrêt. Le couteau restera perpendiculaire au pare brise.

Thanks for showing this tip. I didn't realize a wrong angle won't let the wiper do it's job. I have this issue on my right side wiper and thought it is worn out. Almost bought a new set. Before i do I'll try this tip first. If it works then it will save me $45. Thanks

The way to get rid of windshield stutter like that is to clean your windshield with glass cleaner after getting your car washed and then when the windshield is clean and dry apply polish to the windshield. Doing this once or twice a year is all you need to do.

This repair also made the thumping of the change in wiper direction become much quieter too! That is the problem I have. I will try this adjustment. Thank you ! 😊

I had this problem recently and followed instructions from another utuber, The only thing I recommend is have someone in the driving seat ready to operate the wipers and washers, While you carry out the small adjustments to wiper arms, So much quicker!!🤔🇬🇧😃👍

Wenn die Wischergummis aber schon Jahre alt sind und die Gummilippe, im unbelasteten Zustand, schon schräg steht, dann besser neue Wischer anbauen, sonst bist du nur noch am hin und her biegen. Normalerweise braucht man die Arme nicht verbiegen. Wenn Wachs auf die Scheibe gekommen ist, können die Gummis auch rattern.

Exactly. Wiper arms dun just twist by operating the wipers. The rubbers lose flexibility over time and also the covering graphite . Just buy new wipers

Porque doblar el brazo del limpiaparabrisas que ya está calculado y que tampoco se modifica con el uso,me parece una barbaridad, reemplazar las escobillas viejas por nuevas soluciona el problema y no torcer cosas del automóvil

En autos con unos cuantos años el brazo si se tuerce x estar siempre en esa posicion... y luego cambias las escobillas y el ruido sigue! Ahora si siempre cambias el auto cada 2 o 3 años nunca vas a tener este problema ! Saludos !!

One should definitely not do this as the wiper arms dun twist over time just by being used unless some mechanical twist occured independently. Rubber lose flexibility over time and thats the reason. Some might not know but same as the winter and sommer tyres, there r winter and sommer wipers with different type of rubber

Um das zu erklären braucht man 1 min. Der Wischerarm ohne Wischer muss parallel auf der Scheibe anliegen. Punkt aus. Mit einem Schraubendreher in die "Öse" fahren und so lange richten bis er passt. Wischer drauf und fertig . Wenn man mit der Zange abrutscht ist die Scheibe hin.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend following the video I am not saying it doesn’t work, but caution here damage the wiper arm will be more of an inconvenience than replacing the wiper blade

Yo usaba las gomas standar que venden en las gasolineras, de 6€, y hacían ruido, las cambié por otras nuevas, y hacían ruido, modifiqué el ángulo, y hacían ruido, puse en el cristal un producto que me recomendaron, y hacían ruido... al final, encontré unas "Valeo silencio", que me costaron 25€, y se acabó el ruido para siempre...
