Awesome video Anh! I was thinking about starting a daphnia culture for my fish babies. I have a walstad daphnia bowl going great for two months now. I do waterchanges and have snails with them and obviously plants. My three killis are getting fresh daphnia every day 😅.

Thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it. The blackworm culture with daphnia is very interesting. I wanted to know what you thought of feeding yeast, I'm guessing theres a good reason your not using it?

My culture is turning brownish so I’m going to change the water . I’ll run it through a tight mesh like you said. I didn’t realize I had to do that if I was using green water and kept it outside .

@4loveoffish a culture is a close loop system, the waste needs to go somewhere.

I find the gunk on the bottom mixes with any daphnia I get sucked into the net and I don’t know how to save the daphnia that get caught in the net ?
