I have a tendency to sometimes do a little laugh at the end of a phone conversation in between the wrap up and time to say goodbye. I’m going to try the deep breath (shortened) and then “goodbye.” Thank you, Vanessa!

I definitely usually take deep breaths. I used to burst out laughing at the news of someone's death 😢 but somewhere along the line my brain recognised along with my body that this really can't work throughout my life, and that's when at some point I guess I started taking deep breaths. It really does help 👍🏾

Yes! Excellent tip. The breath is so powerful. Thank you for sharing! ❤

I seem to do this when I'm in a fight. An actual physical confrontation. It makes me seem insane. That's a real bonus when you're in a fight. Not gonna change that. I noticed Tyler Durden in Fight Club did the same thing. Scares the crap out of your opponent.

I'm 50+. when I was 8 or 9, dad sat my lil brother and me down to tell us he was divorcing mom, I was devastated. But what did I do? U guessed it. I also blush very easily, especially in front of people. Especially if I'm caught off guard, like running into someone u haven't seen in a while. I HATE it. My face gets all red, I start to sweat. I also came home after day 1 of kindergarten and told my older sister, nobody likes me. I don't remember telling her that but I'm sure I did. What causes me to be this way?? Please help. 😊

I don't laugh because it's part of the happy emotions and happiness triggers the nervous system to attack the organs to stop. Yes lucky when the heart stops collecting near death for 30 years of ignorance and still doesn't know why. I have a made cake walk out of trauma healing but this one. Lucky to never have life avoiding everything with people.
