I live overseas and visits to the Indian grocery store are infrequent. As such, after I pick up my curry leaves, I wash them well and freeze them in a ziplock bag while still wet. I use these frozen leaves over a period of several months to a year.

Hi, How do u manage to have a healthy curry leaf plant in pot? My plant is yellowing and dying day by day.... looking forward to your rep dear!
@CurriesWithBumbi4 жыл бұрын
It is not dying. Curry leaves tend to turn yellow during winter. Do not discard the tree even if you see no leaves on it. It will revive by end of spring. Don’t give much water during winter.
@marryambintjayakumar104 жыл бұрын
@@CurriesWithBumbi oh! Thank you! And what kind of fertilizer do I add to it? I give only buttermilk water once in a week. And onion peels and tea powder residue
@CurriesWithBumbi4 жыл бұрын
@@marryambintjayakumar10 it doesn’t need much of fertilizer. Whatever you are giving is good enough to sustain it.

I have tried this method and total disaster and curry leaves are not fresh and becoming dry. Never follow this. Rather use a plastic food grade box air tight to store which will give better results. Can be stored for 10 days
