I buy a big bag of lemons, juice them all at once and freeze the juice into cubes to use whenever. Then I zest all the peels and dry them out to mix with peppercorns and make lemon pepper seasoning. The zested peels then go in a pot on the stove with water, sugar, and spices, and are turned into lemon peel marmalade! Not the only way to use up all your lemons, but it’s my favorite!

I freeze mine and when I am ready I put in a bowl of warm water to un thaw. The juice yield is quite impressive.

I do this with lemons and avocados and it works great! The only thing is that the entire thing needs to be weighted down so it's fully submerged. Otherwise, there's mold that grows on the air exposed areas and then you can't use it.

Tomatoes in the fridge isn’t a good idea, it does something to their texture and dampens their flavor. I found leaving them on the counter or windowsill upside down helps them last longer.

If lemons don’t stay fresh in your fridge just as is for about a month, then your fridge probably is moldy or infested with something. Putting them in water is…interesting but ultimately unnecessary

the amount of lemons that come in the bag are a better deal than individually, but sometimes hared to use the whole bag. I use lemon a lot on salads and still have 1-3 left at end of month. I use half a lemon at a time, so I can't use them that quickly.
