Nice job Dave. I think if I had the material, I'd skin the backside of that fab'd "C" channel and weld it up, having re-cut the ramp opening nice and clean, as I believe those thin area's around the cut outs are the weak link. Just my 2 cents. Take care.

I agree, 100% I will be looking into some sort of beefing up on the weak areas. I will start with a V groove and welding up the crack and then look into adding a nice backing plate. sure dont want this thing to snap in half.
