How to stream in a noisy house - reduce background noise using OBS, plugins, RTX voice and more!

This was KILLING ME when I was streaming to Twitch or KZbin and my freakin' headphones connected to my PS4 controller got this static noise in the audio! I got myself a nice gaming headset with a cool mouth piece and Iove it.......audio is so crisp now. Although those headphones work fine on PC ironically. Even worse was the sound of the crazy loud PS4 fan traveling into my mic (it didn't when I got the new headset because I was able to tune it down which mutes most background noises). I'll keep this video saved......be useful for the future! It's great to see different tools that can solve this issue, cause audio quality is a huge deal for making videos and streaming.

Thank you for the tips. Great video and very informative. One question I have is how can i eliminate feedback its not too bad but i can see it being picked up on the mixer. I have tried a few filters but none seem to stop it.

The fact your family members cause you so much problems when you are trying to stream and make a career for yourself honestly mindblows me. And then if you are slightly loud they tell you to be quiet, but its okay if they max out a TV's volume to Max so the whole neighbourhood can hear it, im not sure how much the foam will help but im honestly losing my mind here
