No it comes from the Xbox that’s why the Xbox showed up on the TV because it was connected via HDMI or anything else and it was using the Xbox not the servers and the servers don’t control the gameplay or the frames per seconds the frames per seconds get controlled by the hardware not software or any servers. The thing that is controlled is the connection if you’re on the actual Xbox but if you are wireless it is controlled by your internet provider.

Kane Mason you have to install Xbox insider hub, in the Microsoft store on your Xbox, after that join the app, I recommend getting to level 3 by doing quests, restart the streaming app and log back in after you are level 3 on your Xbox insider hub app

As for someone that has the elite series 2 and signed up for the actual program have you actually tried this outside your house? Because you have to have your Xbox one on to stream it to you phone because the actual xcloud only has a select games that work where you can play anywhere. You have to hold the little button at the top of your controller to pair it with your phone

I have tried it outside my house .. you leave console on and connect wirelessly either wifi or 5g .. i use wifi when im testing in other rooms in house but have switched to 5g and that works too :)

This is basically ps remote play, but the only problem with both is that you need to be connected to the same wifi as your xbox/ps and you need android 9 for the controller (not sure for IOS), so its not completely portable

If your not excepted into the beta you might run into issues, but the beta ends 9/11 and should be available for all with the xbox ultimate 9/15.
