Thanks !!!! Inner leg stretches hurt soooo bad !! Been trying to do the middle splits for months I finally made it being able to do the regular splits on each leg but middle splits when I do it .. look like a pancake split .

Hey, Warm-up is never a bad thing. Do it! But usually we move from easiest to hardest part, so you are warming up during our workout ;)

I love your series of stretching exercises, "Stretches for leg flexibility," "Hamstring workout," "How to train to do side split video", and "Middle split stretches at home." My emphasis on training for the past two months and the future is a complete side splits to be used in Tae Kwon Do high kicking. I am making good progress. I use a ProForce leg stretching machine to push my leg stretching workout, but before I stretch with the machine i do the following workout below. My Monday thru Saturday workout consists of running for 15 minutes, 1.25 miles, on a tread mill to warm up. Then I do a series of different kicking exercises that can last about another 15 minutes. Lastly I do the "How to train to do side split"video and then work with my ProForce leg stretching machine for ten minutes. Here is my question. If I were to perform these exercises "Stretches for leg flexibility," "How to train to do side split video," "Hamstring workout," and "Middle split stretches at home," in lieu of the running would this be a sufficient warm up before using my leg stretching machine?

Hey! Our recommendation would be to continue running prior to either stretching or using the machine - doing any stretching while your muscles are cold isn’t safe and you will get better results if you warm up first ;)

Stupid question 😂: does this just stretch the thighs or stretch it and losing thigh fat too?

Good question! Losing fat depends on many different factors but stretching can help. Stretching does tone muscles because of the balance and control required to hold a stretch properly, and the more toned muscles are, the more your body burns calories while at rest.
