Quick tip: everyday do the negative muscle up x5 to x10 reps while trying to maintain as long as slow down dropping while gripping to the bar (yet i recommend doing this on lower bar) My brother and i had no equipment like rubber band or had flexible core like her, we keep doing negative muscle ups until we can finally popped up chest above the bar, surely clean 👍🤜🤛 Hopefully this helps too, but it’d exchange a lot and a lot of pain and patience due to your body and your gripping condition, to build up the negative MU consistently, build your L-sit and then x10 L-sit pull ups, good luck to all of you future athletes 💪

Very good instructions many forget about the leg positioning witch is key as well as reposition your wrists. You use an explosive pull up for the extra rotation on the wrist this sin´t easy but can also be done by rotating them during rotation of the shoulders pro tip use chalk!
