Our facility just uses Walk-Behind Compact Floor Scrubber to strip floors. It has setting on it to put more pressure on the floor and its great to pick up all the striper on the floor. Use a mop to pick up striper on edges etc.

I usually scrape the edges before picking up all the stripper.

Yes indeed there are many kinds of strippers out there for sure....some cheap some expensive
