lmao, i just noticed that at the end I made an "uh" sound in between "the" and "reilly" and it made it sound like I said "Trace the O-Reilly Method..." haha, i'm dying... could you guys imagine drawing the head with the O'Reilly method, instead? XD

I'm glad I found this channel. You've got great content for someone with your sub count. You definitely deserve more. On the subject of this video, I've seen this method before ( I did not know its name). I've been practicing faces a lot lately and I personally prefer the Loomis method, but I should give this a shot because my knowledge of how light interacts with the face is very limited and this method seems to be great for better understanding that.

How come the horizontal brow line was used for the top of the eyes instead? when in your previous Reilly videos the horizontal brow line was used for the brows? It's confusing or am I missing something? The arched brow line was used instead of the horizontal one for the little girl. Thank you.

Dude, great videos on the Reilly method. Have you looked into his method for drawing gestures?

@ArtbyGalen7 жыл бұрын
Hey King Kyrie, thanks for the comment! I've got lots of stuff planned, like anatomy tutorials, photoshop tutorials, and digital painting tutorials... as well as insight into creating artwork for board games and card games. The problem is I only have so much free time every week, but I put up a new art video every Friday! And if you have any requests for specific tutorials you would like to see, be sure to comment them and I'll see what I can do! I also stream live on twitch twice a week, if you'd like to come hang out! 10:00-14:00 Central time at twitch.tv/livewithgalen --- cheers! :)

with the back of the head, it generally will be close to the shape of the circle that you draw at first, but keep in mind that with men, the back of the head doesn't protrude out as much as it does with women.
