use a website blocker extension ( the ones where you can choose which websites to block ) they helped me in terms of wandering around youtube... if i really really need youtube for studying purposes ( my teachers give me homework to watch a video and write about it sometimes ) then make a seperate account only for educational purposes

I am from India and a big fan of yours, preparing for the one of the toughest exam of world IIT-JEE but I have to study online and have to complete the whole syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, Maths in just next 8 months but I am so distracted after studying for just 5 minutes online I feel tired and then switch my tab to youtube and then watch videos for hours and all day pass like that. Now as the May about to start I only left with 7 months and I didn't even started my course I am so worried please help me and give me some tips . Please reply me and tell me some effective tips to avoid distraction and study for about 8-9 hours per day

Hi friend! My best tip is to turn off distractions. Turn off you phone and tell a familiy member to hide it away. Create a to-do list to keep you motivated. Start small, and try to think about how good you feel once you complete things. Remember, consistency is key! but take breaks, it is super useful to have more energy ❤️ Best of lucks!
