take note of points... memorise the words using mnemonic (unnecessary for good memorisers) . during test, use those words to create your own sentences of what you've remembered. If you don't remember, just use those words and create any sentences related to the subject questions.

I'm one of the underachievers who did well without studying for about 11 years, but now I'm having difficulties with getting myself to do the work I need to, at a moment where I really need to do a fair deal of work to do well. Listen, this vedio wasn't that helpful, its more like a tease than a real help vid! You need to explain how to use memory methods, how to develop mnemonics by yourself to everything and anything, how to put real memorisation into practice. People just give you memory techniques to memorise a list of household items and blow your minds but you need to be more practical. Teach us how to by heart equations, derivations, the essays themselves, experiments, diagrams, flowcharts etc

Another tip: If you're studying a paper with info on it: try to remember where everything is on the paper because then it you forgot anything just picture the paper in jour mind and rethink where it was placed (and in most cases you'll 'read' the answer from your mind) :D

Rayshaun Porter Science requires math you use it to figure electronic voltages, rsistances, watts uses etc., chemistry uses it when combine amounts of one chemical with amounts of other chemicals to creat chemical reactions. Photonics uses math to figure out how light slows down as it passes through glass and also angles of refraction and reflection caused by the glass. Lenses of eye glasses have certain thicknesses and are curved at certain angles to correct eye sight. So science uses mathmatics a lot. Jr. High school science class used it less though.

Can you do a clip on how to manage your time effentiently? I tend to always over estimate things I can do. It puts me off so I end up procrastinating all day. So the next day I have more work to do and I end up over estimating even more (not out of choice) and again end up procrastinating. Till eventually I'll be left with just a week before the exam and force myself to cram and cry :( What I really want to know is" How do you approach time management?" Thanks!

Would it help you to just trick yourself into thinking that you will only study for 10 minutes? After the 10 minutes, you may spend another 10 minutes. That's 20 minutes in one day. Do the same thing the next day, and you may find that you can spend more time studying. Every day tell yourself, "I am only going to study for 10 minutes." This way you will have already starting studying so even if your procrastinate at least you have started retaining some of the information. Intermittent repetition is the best way for you to retain the information. Continuous study the night before may work to pass the exam the next day, but you will not retain the information. Time management does not require any skills but you should be able to time yourself while preparing the lesson. have a time limit on every activity you intend doing. For instance, if you have a 45 minute lesson you must plan a lesson that is for 25 minutes. Time yourself within the 45 minutes but you planning must cover pre-lesson activities, during-lesson activities and post-lesson activities.
