Memory palace its only good for short time memorisation and small chunks of facts the best way(scientifically) of learning is to connect your new knowledge to your past knowledge a good way of how to do it is bloom taxonomy And also thinking fast and slow is not a valid book right now because a big proportion of the studies in it got big criticism from phycology community But the other things you said are good keep it up
