3 habits that improved my focus: I start each day by setting clear goals. I explore books on Nixorus that offer strategies for staying disciplined. I minimize distractions, like turning off notifications, to stay in the zone.

That's correct if you isolate yourself for some time, your mind naturally begins to notice everything in a clearer way. On top of that, you become better at controlling your decisions. I remember when I came back from a meditation retreat where for 3 days we couldn't use any electronic devices, read books and talk or even look at other participants. Also, the place was situated away from the civilization. When I returned to the city, I felt refreshed and had a feeling like I unlocked new potential of my brain.

Bro I actually can’t believe I saw this 2 days after it dropped. A bunch of other KZbinrs dropped vids around the same time and clogged up my subscriptions and only now I saw it 😭. Keep cooking ik progression is slow at first but genuinely your vids r 3x the quality of those doing vids on similar topics and they have 1M plus so keep grinding 👍 Edit: Been subbed since the first vid dropped at around 1.2k subs so your “formula” for vids is definitely working. Also the carbs tip is definitely accurate to an extent. Yes carbs make you sleepy however, they are very easy to digest and do not take up all your energy. The main reason for sleepiness after eating carbs is due to a large spike of blood sugar followed by a large drop in blood sugar, causing fatigue for a period of time.

You can go out for a walk to avoid distractions, or you can put a earphone/headphone while in hostel. Waking up early can also give you some extra alone time. I love how people in these types of videos always have the part where they say "yeah, the other videos are meaningless and doesn't help you at all, the others are bad on youtube for self improvement" basically watching a video right now on youtube about self improvement where the person says that every videos about self improvement on the internet are meaningless. And you're trying to implant the fact that your video isn't in this category ? When you're not different from the others, you even have a gumroad plan about self improvement which is what most people that are "masters" of self improvement will sell to make more money like their video wasn't enough bullshit. The only reason why most people are becoming lazy and stupid is because they always talk about what they wanna be, and they see the problem, know the solution, but the solution is too much effort to put in, that's why most people are failures because they can't even stand what it cost to self improve when they know it'll work. You can be the great tree of knowledge but if you stay here all your life with your roots stuck in the ground without making something useful out of this knowledge, this knowledge is useless, you are useless unless you make something useful off that knowledge that you have, it's not even to prove others that you have knowledge or that your smart, it's for yourself to be better, and this is self improvement.

@Monster_666132 күн бұрын
Dude 😂 methodological mind is way worst than this guy he just simply straight up writes his script from chat gpt and if some one makes video on Ayano doesn't mean they are copying metho u r saying this as he simply just makes videos on ayano and recycles the same thing and throws out again and again 😂
@Zaki-20062 күн бұрын
@Monster_66613 but the thing is, emo analysis and methodological mind have made a video on the same topic months ago and this guy is talking about the same thing as them. Also all these creators copy eachother as I've seen MM straight up copying the whole vid including the thumnail from emo and another creator(can't remember his name rn). And I also don't see why you're getting heated up over a simple question that wasn't even directed to you in the first place.
@Monster_66613Күн бұрын
@@Zaki-2006 ahhh 🤣 this is not a heated emoji right and very well I have sawn all of them and this guy genuinely puts something different and how many new thumbnails can you make on the same thing anyway I just thought you were hating this guy for copying so I just cleared that's all
