WOW!!!! I just made this using regular sized mushrooms (didn’t want to go to the market AND didn’t want the ones I had on hand to go bad). I also used the cheeses I had in the fridge. Also added diced garlic. The Sun Dried tomatoes were something I never would have thought of. They were a great addition. I think I’ll use crab meat next time. I love this channel because I learn a technique, not just to copy a recipe.

I usually do circular wiggles instead of pinching the stem and I love soaking mushrooms in worchestershire instead of vinegar. Put them on lamb burgers along with swiss, romaine and dijon mustard.
