This only works if you're a streamer. If you're a regular player, all of your missiles will somehow get notched/multipathed. All of the enemy missiles, even though you're nothing and flying below 50m and deploying chaff, will still hit you.

@@Akizen02same, I shoot all 8 missiles, not a single hit, they flare once and the r73 decides to become a pacifist and god forbid they notch and chaff slightly bc then the r77 will just give up. Yet the aim120 shot from 40km away ignores me flying 25m high, popping half my countermeasures and notching, bc ig it’s just better

Its not radars inside the missiles. Its the ability to recieve data about the target(speed, direction) from the radar of the plane so the missile can correct its flight course

The radar buff was needed, but still su27sm cannot perform a good game against american planes with Aim120s. They need to buff the missles. There is a frickin airbrake on the r77 missle. I prefer R27-ER instead of r77

It’s really not that hard to get good games with this jet. It’s definitely not the best at 1v1s but in the team environment it’s pretty easy to wreck. Simply go cold/ notch chaff the first missile fired from outside the mar. Get closer. Fire r-77 when and then r-27 ET. They will notch the r-77 and get cooked by the ETs. Also if you ever find yourself in target rich environment just spam missiles. Plane is very good post radar and payload buff.

@@guitarlover42 I know how to play it, thats why im saying. There are planes that carries 8 Aim120 missles. And half of the enemy team american. Notch the missle, again and again. Eventually you will die while your r77 sometimes miss with below 10km. And its too boring to just evade missles while they go to the atmosphere and spam missles. I have more kills with r73 IR missles than r77, and r77’s opppnent is aim120. Bruh. Not fair, and boring. Russia top tier is unplayable.
