Hi Miriam, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I find 90% of the designs that i use on Etsy. Go on Etsy and do a search for things like anime designs or anime svg. Same thing with Dbz, Hip hop artist or 90's cartoons. Just add designs or svg to it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

You're welcome. It's my pleasure to help out when i can. No, the 7710 and the 7820 are fairly similar. The 7820 is just the newer model that replaced the 7710. What ink r u buying to use the chip. Its 78.00 for the kit... Is that ink your wasting just to get the chip.. Or is there a cheaper 1 you can buy to get the chip

Unfortunately, for now that is just ink that you are wasting. I'm still trying to track down a supplier to purchase just the chips. No luck so far.

Hi Sajid, the print is not 100% true to the colours that you see in an image. However, it is fairly close. I notice the black varying more often than any other colour.

Sublimation technique is only for polyester, sometimes works on a 70% polyester.

Hi, once the printer is converted it should only be used for sublimation. You can do many different projects besides T-shirts.

How often do you have to refill the ink? Also what do you use or do about the chips? Do you have chipless firmware or a way to reset the chips? Sorry for all the questions just very eager to get set up and running.

John no worries, it's good to eager. Unfortunately, until there is a conversion kit available for this printer or until there is a chipless driver available you will need to change the chips each time you refill. I've calculated the extra cost per item with having to buy a new set of Epson ink each time you refill to be about $0.78 cost per item. That's averaging about 100 prints before having to replace the chips. It could be a little more or a little less depending on what you are printing. @@LeeLeesCraft Can you easily go back and forth between regular ink jet printing and sublimation printing (by swapping out the ink cartridges)? Or do you have to have a devoted printer for the sublimation? ie Could I swap your sublimation ink, print a shirt, then swap back to inkjet for document printing? (Maybe there’d an issue with ink drying up in cartridges that aren’t in use, unless you re-vacuum seal them?) Thanks.

I use a Microsoft Surface. However, any laptop with Windows 10 should work. Epson does have drivers available for Mac. I am just a Windows person.

A high-quality dye sublimation printer should have a lifespan of 10 years. Since the sublimation process involves the inks being chemically bonded to a material, decorated items permanent and washable. Care Instructions for Dye-Sublimated Apparel: Machine wash inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. For best results use mild detergent and avoid the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Do you mean to Cricut design space? Once you have your printer installed on your computer, when you do a print then cut on cricut and you click on make, the printer selection screen should appear and you would just select your printer.

You're welcome, I don't know if you need 16x20 unless you are doing large projects. However, I would probably say at least 15x15 minimum.
