I see that registration process does not ask about customers name and work location of beneficiary then on what basis USCIS determines a valid multiple registration if a candidate is getting registered with two different future employer for different client and work location? this is a valid case, right?

Rajesh, its asking beneficiary name, date of birth and passport number. Under a company's registration, one person can register once. Same person is allowed to register under another company. Multiple registrations are allowed according to h1b process. However it is not allowed to submit multiple applications when the actual filing (LCA) happens! Hope this helps.
