my way: use a small char´s and do random groupdungeons all the day. 5 to 7 plunder skulls in 5 to 10 min. :)

There's a cool down on skulls.

Yeah if you’re also trying to get experience queuing for a Dungeon is probably the best and as far as I know there isn’t a cool down for skulls cause I know I was running fungal grotto by myself a few times and I kept on getting skulls from all the bosses I was beating
