Implantation is one of the most important aspects in the whole conception process. Yet, it is an area where we have little influence over. We can do several things to help assist this but if we knew exactly what would affect implantation we could dramatically influence our success rates.
One thing we do know is the without a healthy and thick endometrium (uterine lining) it will be very difficult for the embryo to attach and implant into the uterus. The other thing we understand is that implantation is a process and not something that happens at one moment in time.

I agree with you. Stress plays havoc with your body. Everything gets haywire when you take even a tiny bit of stress. My IVF cycles failed just because I was too wound up. I am trying to relax now because I really want a baby and I am trying different mental therapies to remain calm and composed.

We passed 2 cycles with donor eggs. The 1st one ended in BFN. Another one was a success. Though the tips for embryo implantation support were the same. I don't believe one could reduce stress or get fully distracted. Just healthy eating, no intense exercise and more rest. And hopes for better..

I am doing my IVF transfer this month. I do acupunture. The IVF transfer falls on a Tuesday and my acupunturist doesn't open on Wednesday.it is either I go Tuesday right after transfer or go on Saturday because I have work Thursday and Friday plus travel time on weekends are longer. Just wondering if I should do acupunture on transfer day or wait till weekend? The good thing on transfer dayy husband will be there to drive me but other days my husband works out of town so will be gone.

I did IUI couple of times with donar frozen sperms. I am 42 & obese. First time when I did I had one follicle of 21size on 14th day & on the second IUI I had two follicles of 26 & 20 . My Dr was saying I nice uterine lining good uterine environment. Can I know what can I improve to successes. I follow your food list. I do exercise for 2 hours brisk walk & slow cycling.
