I seemed to have no problems getting pregnant after 40. However I went through 2 losses, 1 at 12 weeks than 5 weeks and a heartbreaking stillbirth at 26 weeks. I am 41 this month. My husband and I have a 4 year old (no problems with conception or birth), followed by 3 miscarriages all before 10 weeks. I had a D&C and fetal testing with the last miscarriage which resulted in Trisomy 22. I am all healthy otherwise, and suppose the reason for the miscarriages is low egg quality due to age. My husband's sperm tested healthy in all areas. Is the best path forward IVF or is there something I can do to increase my egg quality and get pregnant naturally again? I seem to have no problem getting pregnant.

Probiotics.. are they a must in infertility? I got pregnant first time with Ivf but im trying naturally now. I am taking Ubiquinol 200mg prenatal vitamin supplements and maca. My cycles are 28 day cycles. Progesterone levels ok husbands sperm count is normal. I was told am unexplained fertility. But when i took IVF all my eggs degenerated except for 2 eggs which was a success and was a twin pregnancy. Any Advice? I am hoping to not do the treatment again but just go natural.

OB's normally test the minimum labs needed. I think you need a more in depth look.
