In Germany we have those heat packs u can use as often as u want. They’re made of plastic and inside there‘s a liquid and a little metal plate. U press that metal and the liquid gets hard and hot. When u put it in hot water (I don‘t know how it is really called, is it boiled water?) it turnes into liquid again and u can reuse it :)
