Falls are the leading cause of accidental death worldwide. And according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, falls are the main cause of death for construction workers. But plummeting down the side of a building doesn't always have to be a death sentence. It will be hard to focus as you free fall towards the ground, but if you follow these steps, you just might live to tell the tale. What's the safest way to fall? Who ever wrote this obviously never fell from building. There is no aiming, no decisions up to you, no pinball mode at your will. You will fall from 100 meters in 4-5 seconds. None of this is possible, except to stay put. Everything happens to you during that fall, nothing is your choice once the acceleration takes over.

On June 26th, 2020 I was climbing a very very huge tree, the point in which I fell from was 3 stories high and because of the way I was positioned before I fell, I started plummeting towards the hard ground head-first. I thought that was it. I accepted it. But because I remembered to lock out my legs, I substituted and locked out my wrist/forearms (because I was falling headfirst) and those dislocated on impact; taking a bunch of force away from head impact. I still had a concussion and well the rest is another story; but basically.. yea it’s possible to survive the worst. Just have very lucky thinking I suppose. Cause like I said, I had accepted my supposed fate but these advice videos came to mind
