Hi do you know if I can login in multiple devices with the same account during presale?

Hi! Based on my knowledge, it may hinder your chances since it’s like a mimicked bot activity and ticketmaster may flag your account. I’ve tried this for last minute drops on Taylor Swift tickets, and if you are logged into another device, Ticketmaster will kick you out for a certain amount of time before you are able to rejoin the queue. I recommend definitely having a second account to sign up for presale (with different email/number for verification process) or asking close friends/family to sign up for presale to up the chances of getting a code!

+ this helped me up my chances for Twice and I was able to get 2 presale codes! Plus it’s a bit safer and less riskier than potentially getting kicked from the site. You’ll just have to use the account with the presale code to make your purchase! Hope this helps 🫶🏼

Is there a time limit for when you're picking your seats?

Hi!! Not really a time limit- it’s more buying seats before other fans get to them! If you aren’t quick enough buying, ticketmaster will say something along the lines of “Oh no! These seats have been taken by another fan” I’m not 100% sure if ticketmaster got rid of it all together, but before, the only “timed” portion is typically checkout, but based on the recent Taylor Swift tour, sometimes people can literally buy a seat before you if you aren’t fast enough (even when you are in check out)! I hope this helps 🫶🏼

Usually they’ll send you an email confirmation that will let you save the tickets to your wallet closer to the date 😊

ofc !! also you may be more on top of it for xikers, but based on something I found, they do have a ticketmaster page with 3 of their dates, but it looks like the links they put on their twitter are for a site called "ticketweb" which is another division of ticketmaster ! @@jeroncollado
