Why would you move from a warm climate to Minnesota? Do you have any idea what -20°F is like? It gets that cold and sometimes colder every winter.

For starters: no water anxiety. No wildfires. Affordable everything (especially houses, fire insurance, gas to name a few), climate change insulation. Better soil to build a forever piece of land to pass down to my family that will be a worthwhile investment for the next hundred years and more. Great outdoor spaces. Awesome schools. 4 seasons to regulate your bodies natural rhythms. Ability to store water and grow your own food. Land to let the kids explore in a safe place. Better hunting fishing and outdoor. What else. Hmmm. Nicer people. Function over fake/form. Lots of reasons!
