You should warn people of the risk of Black Out. Following your tips people will improve their swimming time underwater but they may also stay underwater much more longer than they expect. NEVER FREEDIVE ALONE

Most people rushes when diving or swimming underwater, because of that, their heartbeats are increasing and which means making more blood. Making more blood means that you need oxygen to help transfer the blood cells everywhere in your body, and then the amount of oxygen in your lungs are increasing faster if you rush.

I think clear water also helps to swim a bit longer as it keeps you calm till you are underwater.

Merci!

the video series does not stand up to criticism. Sorry, but the equipment is not available. Hand work is fundamentally different. Swimming in flippers is also far from good. There is no kick back. Divers do not have a relaxed state. The neck is tense. All this will not help to dive far. Well, a small detail, the belt should be placed much lower. But the topic is good and I like it ))))

Keep practicing as often as possible, taking your time swimming to make the most out of every stroke. When at home, use a breath trainer app multiple times a day. When at home, you dont need to worry about blacking out underwater so you can push yourself further. Get someone to watch over you when at the pool, and remember that swimming will lower your breath duration substantially. You can also try belly breathing to open up your lungs a bit more. Filling the deepest parts of your lungs that usually remain empty/squished, then sharply exhaling will help to cycle fresh oxygen at very fast rates when recovering from exhaustion. Im not a professional so doing your own research on these techniques would probably make them easier to perform.

dynamics in fins - an average speed of 1m/s for professional freedivers. This is the optimal speed where the time spent under water and the loss of oxygen from the physical load coincide at a point close to the optimal one.
