Mr. Shaw ,im Brazilian .I always loved tô bê in the water .I feel exactly like you said on the vídeo . I learned the breath Strokes and butterfly only with your vídeos , because in the swimm School ,i stay 6 months without sucess .My dream is one day make your class in real. Hi Mr Shaw I hv back neck shoulder hip problem. Thanks a lot for showing us how to swim this way... i am mastering how to swim breastroke as shown by u. Also from swim without stress. I do benefit fr swimming. I swim daily to manage my pain and to mobilize also to strengthen my body

Can someone pls reffer me to the technique of crawlthat is most easy on shoulder joints (because I have problems with shoulders joints, And I've just started learning to swim crawl)

The Shaw Method is especially helpful for the shoulder joints, because it is based on the proven principles from the Alexander Technique (see video above), a method that teaches you to move a.o. the joints in an easier way. The more conventional way of swimming crawl (for example taught by Total Immersion) is not really healthy for the shoulders, it's mainly focussed on improving speed only (short term results).
