Awesome! You have a head start on us, we started around age 15-16. The easiest way to unlock most of the moves we do is training the foundation points. (flexibility, strength, coordination, stamina, speed). Keep up the training!

Well played! Tapp brothers and Frank, you did excellent! When you did that swing sir Tapp, I was like "yep, that's exactly how I was doing it." I want to know, frank got us on the beginner ones, and that's awesome, but I want to learn how to do a full 360 swing entirely on a bar? like, if you saw yourself on the bar from a side perspective, it'd look like you were going clockwise (from the left) or counter clockwise (looking at it from the right) I think I saw it earlier in this video. I never knew how people would get that full swing, but would be interested to know, but also probably getting over the fear of it too. Is that possible? if so, thanks! and thanks again for showing this!

loved it! great solid tips. so about a month and a half ago I was practicing swinging up and jumping to a surface about 4 feet up (little less) from some monkey bars. I didn't make it. got my feet up but not enough of my body and fell back on my head. My question is twofold for Frank: how do you generate that momentum to make jumps like that, and how do you assure good landings in general when swinging/jumping to far distances (I also recently injured myself doing a long jump where my feet slipped out from under me and I landed on my tb). So hoping you can do one on secure landings. Cheers 😊

Question, say you aren't old enough to drive and you have no walls to really climb because you're taught to be cautious about going far out, and the best thing you have is a 4-8 foot fence and a small tree (with ants everywhere) and a playground set with swings and a bar that's lower than your waste, and another which is 9ft tall and holds the swings, but, you can also make hurdles with a 2ft and 3ft bar, what do you do then? Damn that was long.
